The year of the Linux desktop never came, but server side a lot of games supported Linux.
Today, multiplayer games use either P2P or the server farm is under the control of the publisher or developer so
dedicated servers are rare now. Valve committed itself to port their own products and they
released not just a Steam client but a server side command line console called SteamCMD as well.
But we are going to get back to them later.

Custom made wargame terrain using a laser cutter [part 1]

My pal Typhus got me into a tabletop wargame called Infinity set in a cyberpunk future. There is a good chance you are going to see other posts related to it from now on. Since this game relies on cover we looked into different options to create our own buildings and other sort of terrain to fill the board. Typhus designed these himself and used a laser cutter to make it a reality. This project is completely his own brainchild we only give him ideas while we brainstorm.
